- Applicability
This policy applies to bulk OEM/ODM orders and sample orders placed with Shenzhen Apollo Technology. - Defective Products
- We accept returns or replacements for products with manufacturing defects, confirmed within 30 days of delivery.
- Customers must provide photos/videos of defects for verification.
- Return shipping costs for defective products will be covered by us.
- Non-Defective & Custom Orders
- Custom-made/OEM products (with logo, color, or packaging customization) are non-returnable and non-refundable once production starts.
- Bulk orders that have passed quality inspection before shipment are non-returnable unless confirmed defective upon receipt.
- Sample returns are accepted only if unopened and in original condition, with return shipping paid by the customer.
- Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are available for defective products, subject to verification.
- Exchange lead time will be confirmed based on production schedule.
