Bluetooth Speaker ODM Process
ID（Industrial Design）: ①：Clients can provide us the ID ②If need us to finish the ID,need around 3-7 days
MD(Mechanical Design）:Depend on the project situation, normally 2-5 days.
Hand sample&PCBA: hand sample around 5 days, PCBS around 10-15 days. Hand made sample include structure sample and functional sample.
Tooling time: tooling will normally take around 20-25 days after confirm, if fix the tooling need around 5 days.
Trial Production:For the trial production normal arrange 100pcs to check the defects and fix it. Trial is for avoiding the risk of mass production ,if every condition is perfect,no need to arrange trial production. depend on the situation.
Mass Production: Arrange the materials according to the order details ,such as quantities ect.
